American and taiwanese family

We are the family from US and Taiwan, also we are going to add a new family soon.  We are looking for someone/helper who is working with heart, passionate, loving, passion, organized and proud of what they are doing.  And the person who dont take things personal, love to learn and adapt to the new place.  Most importantly, its the best to have experience to take care of new born and love kids!
