American family looking for a helper

We are a family of (2 adults and 2 kids--5 and 2 year old). We are looking for a helper to join our family. The job responsibilities are: childcare, cleaning, and some cooking. This is a live-in position with your own room and shared bathroom. We offer Sunday off, birthday day off, and yearly bonuses based on performance. We offer $5000 plus food allowance.
