American family looking for English speaking helper

Looking for a full time 1 helper to join our family Who are we: 2 Adults, 2 toddler girls, 1 dog We already have 1 helper and looking for a 2nd one. What will you do: everything is shared together with other helper Toddler duties/house chores/dog duties Each helper is mainly responsible for one toddler, but you are required to be able to handle BOTH once a week and in emergencies. Communication should be in ENGLISH to kids and family members, Chinese is a plus but not required.
