American Family of 4, looking for finished contract helper

Looking for helper!

Location: Villa Esplanada, Tsing Yi

Nationality: Filipino/American

Family Members: 4

Main Duties: taking care of 2 and 8 years old girls. Taking the 8 year old girl to school, helping with her homework, doing fun activities (hiking, parks, beach, swimming)

Note: Husband is from the US and wife from Philippines. Flat has 4 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 helper's room) and 2 bathrooms. Helper will have a private room. Mum mostly do the cooking. We need someone to help us with daily housekeeping, and child minding. Helper will have lots of free time as our household isn't demanding. Helper can go for a walk/jog after she finishes her work. Plenty of time in the day time. Can take the girl for hike, beach etc after school or when there is no school. We offer a nice, friendly, happy environment. 

House size: 800sqf

Day Off: Sunday

Salary Offer: 5,000 up (depends on experience and performance )

Helper Age: 30-45

Expectation：Someone who is not allergic to cats, we have a behave cat. Can understand/speak some Cantonese, fun, outgoing person, enjoys outdoor activities. Someone who enjoys doing arts and crafts. If you know how to swim would be better as the little girl likes going to beach/pool. Can follow recipes (if Mum can't cook) have experience in taking care of kids/baby.
