Anglo Chinese family looking for helper

We are looking for someone who can become like a member of our family and take care of our 18month old girl. Main duties will include childcare, feeding, school runs, reading to, singing and dancing with our daughter and housework. Shopping occasionally. Cooking simple Chinese food for my wife. I will do most of the cooking at the weekend. We travel abroad to our place in France and visit relatives a few times a year. We have a nice flat with a big outside terrace and grow a lot of food and vegetables.
