Australian Family in Kennedy Town looking for Helper

Hello, 

We are a family of 4, looking for an educated domestic helper who is proactive, self-disciplined, strong communicator (good English command), organised and professional child minding skills. Kids are 4 (Boy) and 6 (Girl).  We are a busy, but positive parenting type of child rearing approach, with main expected tasks is child-minding/picking up to and from school, helping domestic chores run smooth: organising and preparing lunch dinner for kids (adults no need, however I cook a lot, so I can help guide). Marketing and shopping mainly done by myself in bulk, but you would just be expected to purchase the odd fresh groceries, just downstairs at the chinese shop. We prefer live-out and are flexible on day off, though we have been acclimatised to the sunday off. 

We are looking for compatibility with our family so both persons thrive. Think what are you like when working without supervision/independently (after a period of training)? Will only consider those with strong command of English and high integrity
