Australian family with 4 yo and baby looking for 2nd helper

Hi!  

We are an Australian family who have lived in Hong Kong for 7+ years and who are looking for a second helper to be a part of our family.  When we had our first baby four years ago we started searched for our first domestic helper and now that we are expecting our second child (in October) we are looking to employ a second helper.  We live in Happy Valley and for us the most important attributes that we are looking for are great communication skills, a positive attitude towards work and excitement for learning as well as a passion for looking after kids!
