Australian-Russian family looking for helper

We are Australian-Russian family with 16 months old active boy. Looking for the right helper to join our family in December 2026. Must be already in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

1. Looking after our son. Take him to classes, play dates, playground. He is very active. We are looking for a helper who would be happy to play with him at playgrounds and at home, read to him and entertain him. No screens/phone are allowed during time with him beyond reasonable needs for taking photos etc.
2. Cooking toddler meals and Western/Asian meals.
3. Cleaning the house and grocery shopping.

Requirements:

• we are looking for someone who is already in Hong Kong with finished contract, available for in-person interview;
• References from previous/ current families is a must (preferably from Western/ Eastern European family);
• Good command of English (you’ll need to be able to read toddler books);
• Loving, caring, bubbly and vivacious personality with kids, ability to build trustg and good relationship with our son;
• Ability to follow recipes;
• Ability to manage house independently;
• Trustworthy and reliable;
• First aid knowledge is a plus.
