British Cantonese family looking for helper

Hello!

Thank you for taking time to read this ad. We are a British Cantonese family looking for a helper who is interested in staying for the longterm - our current helper stayed with us for 15 years and is leaving due to retirement. We are family orientated and want to treat you as part of the family too! We can provide your own room with a separate bathroom and Saturday / Sunday day off.

A little about us:

Two young grandparents who are self-sufficient and lives in China half of the time. We also have a great-grandpa who comes visit but lives in elderly care home so only taking care of him on the rare occasions. We have two beautiful and gentle cats who has a groomer - only need to feed, cat litter maintenance and be loved by our helper. Lastly, myself, my husband and my 4 year old son. I am a hands on stay-at-home mum for the time being and I will handle all my kid related activities - at this moment I require help with meal preparation for my son but in future added kid related responsibilities.

General responsibilities includes:

• house cleaning for a 2500 sq ft home in Pok Fu Lam area
• cooking
• buying groceries
• laundry
• car washing

Looking for a helper with a caring personality who is attentive and acts with initiative. Someone who loves cooking is a big bonus :) Salary will be discussed and will be depending on your experience level.
