British Family - Lohas Park - 2 Adults & 6y/o boy

We are a British family in Hong Kong looking for a warm, reliable live-in domestic helper. Our priority is someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with a lively 6-year-old boy and keeps the home to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Family

• 2 adults + 1 boy (age 6)
• English-speaking household
• Live-in, [own room]

Main duties

• After-school childcare: pickup/drop-off if needed, homework support, play, outdoor time, meals/snacks, bedtime routines as required
• Full housework: cleaning, laundry, ironing, tidying, kitchen hygiene, general upkeep
• Light cooking / simple family meals and packing school snacks as needed
• Occasional help with errands / marketing

What we’re looking for

• Already in Hong Kong (transfer / finished or finishing contract)
• Age roughly 25–40
• Strong experience with school-age children — someone who will play and engage, not only supervise
• High personal hygiene and house-cleaning standards (this matters a lot to us)
• Experience with a British, English, or Western family preferred
• Good spoken English
• Calm, positive, and easy to work with — not rigid or overly opinionated
• Live-in
