British family looking for a second helper

We are looking for a second helper to join our family. We are a family of two working parents, one toddler, one small sausage dog and a baby. Childcare and newborn care are important skills that we are looking for. Multi-tasking, good time management skills and an ability to keep things clean and organised are also important qualities we are looking for. We like to have a harmonious environment where everyone is helping each other out and we can communicate openly.

The ideal candidate would be:

• Experienced looking after young children
• Good at cooking, cleaning, household chores
• High standard of cleaning and hygiene
• Good time management skills
• Hardworking, proactive, willing to learn and a good team player
• Good communication in English
• References available ideally
• Able to start February or early March (though could also wait a bit as we are looking for the right person).
