British family looking for helper w/strong cooking skills

We are a British family with 3 children aged 6, 13&13 looking for a helper to take care of all the cooking and baking for our family. Must be confident and independent in the kitchen and is familiar with gluten free and vegetarian dishes. Experience in helping with dinner parties also preferred. 
 

Other duties include household chores and keeping house tidy and organised, as well as some gardening. Minimal childcare as the children are at school most of the time. Must be comfortable working and sharing room with a female Filippino co-worker (driver). 
 

Benefits - salary is above basic rate. We pay food allowance and are flexible with when annual leave is taken.
