British Indian family looking for organised helper

we are looking for help to organise our home, we have grown up children 14 and 20. our son will soon go to University away from home.

We have a lot of part time help including cooks and really need someone to help run the house.

Cleaning and housework, planning meals, organising shopping lists, managing outside staff, sending out laundry and ironing.

we have a driver to assist with supermarket and groceries.

looking for someone upbeat, interactive and interested in learning, conversation and generally light hearted.
