British Indian family w/ 2 daughters finding caring helper

We are a British Indian family from London with 2 daughters aged 4y and 1y just moved to Hong Kong.

We are looking for a caring helper who can stay with us. We want someone who can stay with us over the next few years grow with our daughters and care for them lovingly.

We are looking for someone who loves cooking, can plan different meals for the kids and adults. Duties will also involve cleaning the flat, ironing clothes, grocery shopping etc.

We want someone who can manage 2 kids at a time, can plan play dates and accompany kids to their activities. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English.

We already have a live-in helper and I am looking for a second live-in helper to do the same tasks as our current helper.

We are a loving family and want someone who can become a part of our family and stay with us for a few years as our two daughters grow up.
