Loving & Energetic 3rd Auntie Needed for a British-Korean Family! ❤️ (Long-term, Team Environment)

About Us:We are a warm, busy British-Korean family who has been living in Hong Kong for over 15 years. We are looking for a loving, independent, and energetic 3rd Auntie to join our family and work alongside our wonderful team of helpers.

We currently have three children: two sweet daughters (ages 5 and 4) and a baby boy (3 months old). Both parents work full-time (Mom is currently on maternity leave but returning to work in August).

We currently have two amazing Aunties who are truly a part of our family and have been with us for 5 and 3 years, respectively. We are currently transitioning from our third Auntie of 10+ years as our family’s needs have evolved with the new baby. We are looking for the perfect new addition to complete our team. We genuinely want to invest in this relationship and are looking for someone who wants to stay with us for the long term.

Role & Responsibilities:You will share the household and childcare duties with our other two Aunties. Your main responsibilities will include:

👶 Childcare & Babycare:

• Taking the older girls to afternoon activities, playdates, and birthday parties (they are in school full-time during the day).
• Swapping in and out with the Auntie dedicated to our baby boy. This includes helping with day/night feedings, bathing, cleaning, playgroups, and baby activities.

🍳 Cooking:

• Collaborating with the team to prep school lunches and dinners for the kids.
• Helping to cook adult meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
• Assisting with occasional dinner parties at home or special events for the kids.

🧹 House Management & Laundry:

• We are looking for someone exceptional at cleaning, home organization, and laundry.
• Note: You will not be doing this alone! The load is shared fairly among the team.

✈️ International Travel:

• We love to travel, and we need someone willing to join us on family holidays around the world!
• Flexibility is required to help us on days off during these peak travel times (with extra pay, of course).

Who We Are Looking For:

• Personality: Positive, energetic, and proactive. You should be willing to learn, open to feedback, and a great team player.
• Experience: Strong experience with young children and infants is a must.
• Faith: We are a Catholic family, so finding an Auntie who shares our faith (or is highly respectful and comfortable with our practices) is an important consideration for us.

Other Information:

• Day Off: Flexible and up for discussion (to be aligned and coordinated with the other two Aunties to ensure the house is always covered).
• Start Date: Beginning of August
• Salary: Competitive
