Ideal Candidate:- Organized and systematic in approach- Looking for a long-term commitment- Displays a calm, safe, and positive demeanor- Self-starter; thrives without micromanagement- Computer literate and comfortable with technology (e.g., using UBER, reading maps)- Detail-oriented and proactive in tasks- Capable and willing to learn Western cooking- Values open communication and understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality- Experienced in gentle discipline methods for children- Knowledgeable about healthy eating habits and can ensure children consume fresh and balanced meals- Comfortable managing a neurodivergent child with patience and confidence (my 7-year-old has ADHD, which is currently manageable)- Committed to health and safety standards- Proficient in daily housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and overall household management- Preferably has completed a previous contract or was terminated due to employer relocation or financial reasons- Trustworthy and upholds high ethical standards
