Canadian/Taiwanese Looking for Helper

We would like to find a long-term helper who we can fully trust to raise our daughter who is almost 4 years old. We are both working parents so will really need to depend on the helper to raise and teach her. We hope to work with you as a team and treat you as family; we also hope the helper can treat our kid as her own. We are looking for:

• Good experience in taking care of baby/toddler
• Teaching/playing with our toddler to stimulate her
• Good English (typing on Whatsapp and sending us photos)
• Can work independently without much instruction
• Good references
• Willing to be flexible (we will be flexible too)
• No debt
• Good personality (open communication if you have any concerns)
• Good at cooking (as needed)

Taking care of the kid is top priority and we will try to help to the extent we can. As the kid schedule may change as they are developing, we need someone who can be flexible too. We will also offer you enough rest and are happy to discuss any concerns you may have. We are happy to pay a competitive salary and bonus as needed to find the right helper. We are living in Wan Chai.
