Caring Helper to Join Western Family & Existing Indian FDH

We are a warm multicultural family (American mom, German dad) with two young boys (21 months and 4.5 years) looking for a caring and experienced domestic helper to join us. We currently have two wonderful Indian helpers, with one returning to Delhi to join her husband. Our remaining helper is experienced and caring, so we're seeking someone who has a cheerful personality, a loving spirit, values teamwork and is comfortable working alongside another helper.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engaging with children through play, reading, and educational activities
• Supporting children's daily routines (meals, naps, hygiene)
• Meal planning and preparation for children
• General housekeeping and laundry
• Maintaining children's areas
• Working cooperatively with other helper

Working Hours:

• Parents have varying work schedules
• Extra compensation provided for extended hours or weekend work when needed

Available starting March/April 2025
