Child-Loving Live-in Helper – Start Late August

Hello! We are a warm family of five residing in [New Territories/Shatin Tai Wai]. We have three lovely children aged 7 years, 5 years, and 2 months. We seek a caring, responsible, and experienced live-in helper to join our household in supporting childcare and household management. **Key Responsibilities & Requirements:** 1. Passion for Childcare & Educational Support: * Genuine love for children; kind, patient, and empathetic personality. * **Proven experience in newborn/infant care (essential)**, including feeding, bathing, changing, soothing, sleep routine establishment, and age-appropriate stimulation. * Ability to care for school-aged children (7 & 5 years): preparing meals, organizing school items, and managing daily routines. * **Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)** to effectively assist with and tutor English and Math homework. * Proactive in engaging children through educational play and constructive activities. 2. Expertise in Household Management & Cooking: * Perform full-house cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, laundry, ironing) to maintain a tidy home. * **Skilled in preparing nutritious, balanced Chinese family meals**; adaptable to dietary preferences. Responsible for daily cooking (breakfast, lunch, dinner as agreed). * Manage grocery shopping and household supplies efficiently. 3. **Exceptional Personal Qualities & Communication:** * **Positive, cheerful, proactive, trustworthy, and responsible attitude.** * Strong communication skills and empathy to build **mutual respect, trust, and understanding** with the family. * Ability to express ideas clearly and follow instructions attentively. * Resourceful in solving problems independently while seeking guidance when needed. 4.
