Childcare & Housekeeping Team - Mid levels Residence

We are a professional family with two young children (4 years old and 1 year old) living in a spacious flat in Mid-Levels. We are looking for an honest, hardworking, and team-oriented helper to join our household. You will be working alongside another helper as a team.

Key Responsibilities• Primary Focus: You will either focus on Childcare OR Cooking & Housekeeping. However, you must be a "team player" and cover all duties when your partner is on her day off.• No Elderly Care: My mother lives with us; she is independent, so you only need to clean her room and ensure her environment is tidy.• Car Care: We have two cars that require regular cleaning/washing.• Teamwork: You will share a comfortable helper’s room that includes its own private toilet.

Holiday & Schedule Requirements (Must Read)• Continuous Household Support: We operate a "one-helper-on-duty" policy. This means that for all types of leave—including weekly rest days, Statutory/Public Holidays, Annual Leave, and any Unpaid Leave—the two helpers must coordinate their schedules so that one person is always at home to cover all duties.• Flexible Rest Days: Weekly rest days will be split (e.g., one on Saturday, one on Sunday). You may be asked to rotate these days or adjust them to ensure coverage when your partner is on holiday.• Holiday/Leave Rotation: For Statutory Holidays and Annual Leave, the two helpers will take their leave at different times. When your partner is away, you will be responsible for the full range of domestic duties, including childcare, cooking, cleaning, and car washing.

Requirements• Finished Contract or Relocation (No terminated/break contract unless due to employer relocation/financials).• (Optional but preferred) Excellent references from previous Hong Kong employers.• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.• Experience with toddlers and babies is a must.1.
