China+German family looking for helper

We have a two year old boy, looking for someone who is good at cooking, with a caring and loving cheerful attitude ( most important trait), who is willing to stay with our family for a long time if possible.

We are both working full time but grand parents can support the childcare half day mostly, but don't live with us. Need to be able to be respectful to elder.

would be best if you can speak very good English, we like to pay higher salary if you speak like native.
