Chinese / British family looking for helper

Hello, We are from overseas and have lived in Hong Kong for more than 7 years being a small family of 3 - husband/wife who both work and an independent 12 year old boy as well as 3 friendly dogs (1 small, 2 bigger size). We live in a 3 floor house with a small garden in the Gold Coast area near Tuen Mun with convenient bus routes to Tuen Mun, Central or other areas. We have 2 friendly Philippine helpers who share the workload and have been with us for some time, one of whom will be leaving and therefore we are looking for her replacement. As this is a live in role, and the helpers share their own bedroom you will need to be female and be able to form a good partnership with our existing helper. Main Duties: - Cooking meals – Our number 1 priority requirement is that you must be have a high standard cooking skills - Cleaning the house - mop floors other general house cleaning - Laundry and ironing of clothes - Food / Household supplies management - update a shopping list, discard expired food, understand the existing stock levels - Dogs - walking the dogs in the surrounding area, grooming, feeding. - Plants - watering the plants daily - Cars - Occasionally wash the cars i.e every 2 weeks Pay/Benefits: - Salary - Attractive depending on experience - 1 Day off each week on different day to other helper - Helper Shared Bedroom/Bathroom Requirements: - Working Experience 4+ years minimum - Age 35-45 Female - Finished Contract or soon to finish contract. (Not terminated or broken contract) - Reference Letters - Currently in Hong Kong as we will meet interview each other face to face only.
