Chinese-Canadian Family Looking for Second Helper

Living in the Pok Fu Lam area, we are a Chinese-Canadian family of two adults, two girls (age 4 and 5) and two dogs (11 kg and 25kg). We have always had two helpers, recently, one of our helpers quit, so we are looking for a second one to join our family in April 2026 (start date negotiable).

Main responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, laundry, taking care of the kids and dogs. You will work with our other helper (from the Philippines) who has been with us for less than a year. You will also likely rotate Saturday/Sunday off days with her. You will live with us in a separate helper room with separate bathroom.

The ideal candidate is someone who is honest, kind, respectful and hardworking. You must be comfortable working with dogs and have experience raising and reasoning with children. We want someone who is gentle and patient with our kids, but also not afraid to set boundaries with them. A good cook is a plus.
