Full-time live-in nanny

We are a loving Chinese couple living in Shanghai, eagerly awaiting the arrival of our first baby. We are looking for a caring, experienced, and reliable nanny who hopes to join our family long-term, becoming an indispensable part of our lives.

Main Requirements:

Several years of experience caring for newborns and infants

Fluent in English, with clear and standard accent—excellent communication skills are crucial for daily interactions and ensuring safety

Preferably has an educational background in early childhood education, nursing, or related fields

Priority given to those holding relevant childcare certifications (e.g., infant CPR/first aid, parenting training)

Patience, attentiveness, and a genuine love for infants

Willingness to build a stable, long-term working relationship with our family

We offer:

A full-time live-in nanny position in our spacious and comfortable home in Shanghai, where you will have your own independent living space

Competitive and generous compensation

One day off per week (full day once a week)

Annual home visit leave (reimbursing round-trip airfare to your home country)

Assistance with obtaining a legal work visa in mainland China (all family members are expatriates, which will facilitate visa processing)
