Chinese Family 2kids look for 1 more helper (already have 1)

We are a delightful family of four, consisting of two working adults and our two wonderful boys—one aged 15 months and the other over 3 years old. Our older son is currently enrolled in a full-day kindergarten program and will transition to a half-day session in September 2026. We also plan to enroll our younger son in a full-day kindergarten around the age of 18-20 months. As such, we are seeking a skilled and experienced domestic helper who is familiar with Hong Kong and can take on more complex tasks independently, rather than just time-consuming or menial work.

We currently have a dedicated helper who has been with us for a year, assisting with household responsibilities such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing. She also cares for our older son after school, supervising him in the playroom, preparing and feeding him dinner, helping with his bath, and accompanying him as he falls asleep. We are looking for a helper with the following attributes:

• Kind-hearted, honest, and trustworthy
• A genuine love for children, particularly boys, displaying the patience needed to engage with them
• Energetic and physically able to play with them to encourage their physical activity
• Discerning about screen time and snacks, with a focus on our children's health and a good understanding of nutrition preferred
• Capable of using public transportation in Hong Kong independently to take the children to playgroups or tutoring classes
• Proficient in cooking delicious Chinese food is a plus
• Additional compensation may be available based on performance related to tutoring the children with their studies and homework in the future
