Chinese family is looking for a helper

We are two adults, a newborn baby, and a small dog. My mother will come to help take care of the baby, but since she is 70 years old, we don't want to overwork her, so we need to find a helper to assist us. Our address is in Tai Wai, a 3-bedroom home, and we will provide separate accommodation for the worker. However, if I have friends come over to visit, they will need to temporarily share a room with the worker.

I hope to find a worker who loves my child and my dog, and can also help with cooking. Of course, I will also care for the worker. Since we will be living together, I would like us to interact more like family members. I will explain my requirements, but I hope the worker can work together with us to do a good job.
