Chinese family look for a helper to help kids and cooking

Hello, we are a family of 4, two adults and two kids, one 3 years old and one newborn. We currently have a helper to look after the newborn and we are looking for a helper to help with sending and pick up the 3 years old to school, cooking and housekeeping. The working schedule for Monday and Friday is as follows:

Daily Schedule (Monday to Friday)

Morning

6:30 a.m. Get up and prepare breakfast.7:15 a.m. – 7:40 a.m. Have breakfast 7:40 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Prepare school bags and belongings for children, get ready for school run.8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Accompany children to school in Kowloon Tong by bus and MTR, ensure children’s safety throughout the journey.9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. Travel back home alone.

9:45 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. Do general house cleaning, buy groceries, and prepare ingredients for dinner in advance.

Noon

12:20 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Go to Kowloon Tong to pick up the child and send him to another kindergarten in Kowloon Tong.1:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. Travel back home alone.

2:15 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Rest time for youYou must stay within the residential estate during rest hours. You may go downstairs to buy food or daily necessities, but do not go far away.

Afternoon

3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Head to Kowloon Tong to pick up the child after school.4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Bring the child back home safely by public transport.

Evening

From 5:30 p.m. onwards, the child will be taken care of by the mother.5:30 p.m. – 6:50 p.m. Cook dinner for the family.

6:50-7:40 p.m. Dinner time.7:40p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Clear the dining table, wash dishes and clean the kitchen.

8:00 p.m. onwards: Finish daily work and enjoy personal free time.General House Rules & Requirements

Schedule on Saturday (or Sunday) will be different because kids have no school. But rough similar for housekeeping and cooking. Still have the same rest time schedule on Saturday (or Sunday).

1. School Run & CommuteDaily trips to and from Kowloon by bus and MTR are regular duties. You are required to complete the school runs on time regardless of normal weather conditions. Please take full care of the children and do not use mobile phones while accompanying them on the way.

2. Working Attitude & DutiesComplete all housework, grocery shopping and cooking carefully and on time. Do not complain, slack off or refuse reasonable work arrangements. Use water, electricity and household supplies frugally.

3. Rest RulesOnly the designated period (2:15 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., 8pm-6:30am) is official rest time. Do not lie down, sleep or use mobile phones for entertainment during working hours. Do not leave the residential area without permission during rest time.

4. Safety & DisciplineDo not invite outsiders to visit our home. Do not leave the house overnight without prior approval. Report any unexpected issues to the family immediately.

5. Other rules

1) Cannot borrow money for any reasons;

2) No lie or cheat, or stealing

3) Can't use phone when with kids.

6) Salary and benefits: Monthly salary HKD 5100; Food allowance HKD 1400; Every week take Saturday or Sunday off (take turns, I.e., this week Sunday off then next week Saturday off). We will provide a separate room with air conditioner for you.
