Chinese family looking for a 2nd helper

We are a family of three adults (my husband, my mother and me) and one child, looking for a second helper to join our household. You will work alongside our current helper, sharing childcare and general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry. We are looking for someone caring, reliable and able to work well in a team. Childcare experience would be an advantage.
