Chinese family looking for a domestics helper

We are a small Chinese family (2 adults , a 9 years old daughter and a cat). I and my wife go out for work every day. My daughter goes to primary school every day. Our house is 830 sqt. We are looking for a domestic helper who are good at child care, housekeeping, cooking and knows how to interact with child. It will be good that the helper knows the transportation system in hi well and can take the child to multiple study class locations by herself. The domestic helper have a separate room. We expect the helper to be patient, proactive, easygoing and willing to follow our instructions.
