Chinese family looking for a helper with newborn experience!

We are a HK family of 3 👨‍👩‍👦 (soon to be 4!) living in Stanley. We are expecting our second baby girl in mid Feb 2025, and looking for a second helper to complement our first.

We’re looking for someone:

• kind, curious to learn, and can take feedback well
• who will be loving and attentive to our newborn
• who has great common sense and will do the right thing at the right time, and clarify with us when things aren't clear
• super clean with high hygiene standards
• a decent cook, and can follow recipes
• comfortable to partner with our existing helper

Our existing helper will continue to look after our 2y/o toddler, while the new helper will mainly be looking after our newborn. You will need to be ok to look after both when the other helper is on holiday, where you two will switch between Sat & Sun days off. (i.e. you will take 2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays off per month).

Tasks:

• Household chores (eg cleaning, laundry, groceries, food prep) will be shared between both helper
• Bring the baby out and organise play dates when older
• wash 2 cars

🏡 Living Arrangements

• 1000 sq ft, 2 bedrooms in Stanley -> expected to move to Shouson Hill in May (3 bedrooms)
• Helper room w/  bathroom to be shared with our existing helper. (live-in role)
• 1 min from the bus stop

We would like someone who’s already based in HK, about to finish/ break their contract due to employer relocation, reasonable termination reasons etc.
