Chinese family looking for a helper

Hello, we are a Chinese family of 2 adults with two kids (5 years old and 2.5 years old, both girls). The two adults both need to work during workdays. The two kids both attend full day school, so in the daytime only helpers alone in the apartment. We already have a helper who is taking care of the 2.5 year old girl, we are looking for another helper to take care of our 5-year old girl. We expect the helper to take care of my girl, send her to school and extracurricular activities, and do housekeeping. We want to hire someone who is careful, responsible and most importantly love our kid. We will treat the right person as a family member and will provide compensation for good performance. We are flexible with starting date.
