Chinese family looking for a helper

About us:We are a warm and friendly family of four – a mom, two lovely children (a son aged 11 and a daughter aged 15), and we are looking for a kind and reliable helper to join our home. We treat our helper with respect and care, and we hope you will feel like part of the family.

Position: Live-in Domestic HelperLocation: TaiPo, HongKong Start date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping

· General cleaning of the apartment(sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming)· Laundry, ironing, and folding clothes· Keeping kitchen and bathrooms clean and tidy· Organizing and maintaining household tidiness

2. Cooking

· Prepare daily meals for the family (breakfast, lunch, dinner)· Ability to cook meals; willingness to learn family’s preferred dishes· Daily grocery shopping

3. Childcare & Supervision

· Look after two children (ages 10 boy and 14 girl) – they are independent but need some supervision· Ensure they follow daily routines (wake up, meals, homework, shower, sleep)· Supervise them when they are at home, especially the younger one· Accompany them to nearby activities (e.g., tuition, park)

4. Homework Guidance (Primary level)

· Help supervise the 10-year-old while he does his homework· Provide simple guidance for primary school subjects (English, Math, etc.) – no advanced teaching needed· Check that homework is completed and remind him to pack school bag· Encourage good study habits

Working conditions:

· Live-in with own room shared with the young boy· 6 days per week, with 1 full day off (flexible)· Annual leave, rest day arrangement, and statutory holidays according to local labour law· Salary negotiable based on experience

We are looking for someone who:

· Has previous experience in housekeeping and childcare (references preferred)· Speaks basic English (can communicate simple instructions)· Is honest, patient, and responsible· Loves children and can create a positive environment· Willing to follow household rules and respect privacy
