Chinese Family looking for a realiable helper

About Our Family

We are a loving family of five based in Hong Kong, consisting of three adults and two wonderful children aged 12 and 8. We are in search of a reliable and warm-hearted Domestic Helper who is eager to become a cherished part of our household for the long term.

Responsibilities

• General housework, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining an organized and tidy home
• Preparing daily meals for the family
• Caring for our two children, which encompasses school drop-offs and pick-ups from bus, assisting with homework, meal preparation, and providing a nurturing presence
• Shopping for groceries and handling marketing duties(occasionally)
• Ensuring the smooth daily operation of our household

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in caring for children
• Ability to cook, with a preference for Chinese home cooking (training on our family dishes is available)
• Honest, tidy, organized, and dependable
• Fluent in English to facilitate effective communication with the family
• A proactive individual who takes initiative and recognizes when tasks need to be accomplished
• Above all, someone who is patient and kind, as our children's well-being is our top priority

Accommodation and Food

You will be provided with your own room in our home, and all meals will be supplied.

Rest Days and Leave

We will discuss and agree on your regular rest day upon joining our family. Due to our work schedules, there may be weeks when your rest day needs to be adjusted within the same month; however, you will always receive your full rest day entitlement.

Salary and Bonus

Your salary and terms will adhere to the Hong Kong Standard Employment Contract, ensuring timely and full monthly payments. Additionally, we offer a monthly performance bonus to acknowledge excellent work. We believe in recognizing good efforts and prefer to reward you rather than take it for granted.
