Chinese family looking for babysitter

Dear helper, I am hiring a babysitter who loves kid and willing to take care of kid for the whole day, including sleeping with her. The helper must have experience in taking care of kid. The helper does not need to do many household because I have another helper at home for 6 years responsible for cooking and household. I treat helper well as my own family and hope the helper can also treat my kid like her own kid. Thanks!
