Chinese family looking for capable Helper for baby

We are a HongKongese Christian family of 5. Our children are 2 girls (ages 7, 5) and a baby boy (age 1.5). We are looking for a loving, cheerful helper to  take care of the baby boy, such as feeding/bathing him, playing with him, reading to him and teaching him new things. The helper should also be well-organized, and able to cook decently well for the children. 

There will be 2 other co-workers in the household, both very nice. Thank you.
