Chinese family looking for experienced helper

Housekeeper/Helper Wanted We are a family of 2 adults and 1 10-year-old boy seeking a reliable and responsible helper for our 1,300-square-foot, 3-bedroom apartment. The position includes a private, spacious helper room with an en-suite bathroom, plus dedicated air conditioning and a washing machine for personal use. Key Responsibilities • Cooking: Prepare authentic Chinese dishes for the family (daily meals). • Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of the entire apartment (dusting, mopping, cleaning rooms/bathrooms). • Ironing: Press clothing and linens as needed. • Marketing: Purchase groceries and daily necessities. • Childcare Support: Safely pick up and drop off our 10-year-old son (school runs and extracurricular activities). • Car Care: Basic car washing and maintenance. • Pet Care: Feed, walk, and attend to our family dog (daily care and light grooming). Requirements • Prior experience as a housekeeper/helper (preferred). • Proficiency in cooking Chinese and/or western cuisine. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. • Mandarin proficiency is a valuable plus. • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
