Chinese family looking for helper to take care of new born

We are a family with 2 adults and 2 kid (one 3 year old and one new born), looking for a second helper to take care of the new born.

The helper will be expected to sleep with the new born at night, but will have a room to be shared with co-worker too. Preferred Saturday day off.
