Chinese family looking for helper

We are a well-communicated family, and housework is relatively easy. We have 2 daughters in our family（new born and 5 years old）, and we hope our helper is able to and preferably good at taking care of them together with us. Mainly daily housework is cleaning, cooking, and occasionally going to the market to buy groceries, usually we buy groceries by ourselves. Bonuses will be given from time to time. We are looking for a long term helper. May we meet by chance and get along like family.
