We are a warm and respectful family looking for a responsible and kind helper to join us. If you love children, are hardworking, and enjoy working in a peaceful home with modern appliances and stunning sea views, we’d love to hear from you!
About Us
- Family Members: 4 (2 adults, a 1.5-year-old daughter, and Grandma).
- Location: Tuen Mun Ferry Pier – with stunning sea views.
- Home: 414 sq ft, 3-bedroom apartment, equipped with modern conveniences to make your work easier.
- Facilities: Washing machine with dryer, robotic vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, automatic pet feeding machine, automatic cat water fountain, and fully automatic cat litter box.
- Income: Stable, with on-time salary payment.
Responsibilities
- Housekeeping:
- Cleaning, laundry, tidying, and organizing (with assistance from modern appliances).
- Cooking:
- Mainly Chinese dishes; willingness to learn other cuisines is a plus.
- Childcare:
- Occasionally help care for our 1.5-year-old (main caregivers are the mother and Grandma).
- Pet Care:
- Take care of two cats (feeding and cleaning their litter boxes).
Requirements
- Age: Below 42 years old.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years working in Hong Kong, Middle East, Taiwan, or Singapore, with completed or renewed contracts.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in English (required).
- Mandarin is a bonus, with additional pay for this skill.
- Childcare:
- Love children, patient, and experienced (personal experience raising your own children is highly valued).
- Cooking:
- Familiar with Chinese food or willing to learn.
- Character:
- Honest, hardworking, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
- Health:
- Good physical condition and personal hygiene.
- Lifestyle:
- Non-smoker, non-drinker.
- References:
- Recommendation letter and contact details from previous employers.
What We Offer
- Salary: HKD 5,500/month (negotiable). Additional pay for Mandarin skills.
- Rest Days: Flexible, with prior discussion.
- Accommodation: Private utility room with a loft bed.
- Meals: Join us for meals as part of the family.
- Start Date: Dec 2024 – Jan 2025 (flexible).
