Chinese Family looking for Helper

The helper will live with us together, she will stay in her own room, she has her own toilet.

The helper will need to look after a 3.5 years old lovely boy. My kid is active, energitic, and always laughing loud, he likes hugging people. He also enjoy listening to story books, playing football, riding bike and playing in the swimming pool. I expect the helper can take care of him, while also play with him, outdoor or indoor, reading English books or build blocks.

Daytime the kid goes to school and I need the helper to look after my home, general housework is required, like sophisticated using vacuum cleaner etc, to keep it clean everyday. I dont have pets.I expect she can cook well and healthy, but i will not ask her to be a Chief.

We look for a long tern working relationship with the helper, indeed we can take her travel together in future, and if we work along well i have incentive plan like raising the salary for sure.
