Chinese family looking for helper

We are a warm and welcoming Chinese couple eagerly preparing for the arrival of our first child, and we are looking for an experienced domestic helper to join our household family.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cooking: Your main focus will be on preparing delicious Chinese dishes, including soups. We also encourage a strong willingness to learn authentic Chinese cooking.
• Housekeeping: You will ensure that our home is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Grocery Shopping: Responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality groceries.
• Pet Care: Walking and caring for our dog.
• General Household Duties: Assisting with everyday tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our home.

Requirements:

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Previous experience working with Chinese families is preferred, especially candidates with Hong Kong work experience.
• A calm disposition and a keen attention to cleanliness.
• A genuine passion for cooking and maintaining an organized home environment.
• No visible tattoos and a commitment to a non-smoking lifestyle.
• A nurturing nature, particularly in caring for children. Experience in caring for your own children is a plus.
• Completion of previous contracts or termination due to employer relocation or financial reasons, with references available from past employers.
• Ability to work harmoniously alongside another helper, as we plan to hire an additional assistant for newborn care. (Baby care specialists are also welcome to apply; the position will require overnight care for the baby.)
• References from previous employers will be highly regarded.
