Qualifications for Domestic Helper:

• Age: Between 30-40 years, married with children, possessing practical childcare experience, and familiar with daily care for toddlers and teenagers.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred. A teaching certificate is highly desirable, with the ability to provide children’s enlightenment education, behavioral guidance, and study assistance.
• Personal Attributes: Gentle, patient, caring, and responsible. Excellent communication skills are essential for positively guiding children’s emotions and habits.Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred
• Cooking Skills: Proficient in Chinese home cooking, focusing on nutritional matching. Capable of preparing meals according to children's tastes and dietary needs.
• Credit Requirement: No bad credit record; any form of borrowing or debt in Hong Kong is strictly prohibited.

Job Description for Domestic Helper:

Position: Full-time Live-in Domestic Helper

Work Location: Hong Kong

Working Hours: Standard domestic helper working hours, flexible according to the family schedule.

Reporting To: Mother of the family

Responsibilities:

1. Childcare & Education Guidance

• Provide primary care for the 4-year-old child, including daily feeding, bathing, dressing, and accompanying the child during outdoor activities and rest, ensuring the child's safety at all times.
• Assist in supervising the daily routine of the 13-year-old, including reminders to complete homework on time and maintaining a healthy schedule.
• Guide children’s daily behavior and emotional development with patience and love; conduct simple early education and enlightenment activities for the 4-year-old child (e.g., reading, storytelling, cognitive games).
• Collaborate with parents to foster good living habits and learning attitudes in children while communicating timely updates about their daily performance.

2. Housekeeping & Daily Chores

• Maintain a clean and tidy home, including routine cleaning of living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens; handle laundry, ironing, and organizing clothes and household items regularly.
• Oversee daily household supplies and ensure the home is in a hygienic and orderly condition.

3. Cooking & Dietary Arrangement

• Prepare nutritious and delicious meals three times a day for the entire family, considering family preferences and children's dietary needs.
• Ensure food hygiene and nutritional matching, making reasonable dietary arrangements for children to guarantee balanced nutrition.
