- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices
- Experience as a caregiver to children
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Ability to prepare meals and snacks (Chinese food)
- Knowledgeable of safety practices
- Ability to meet physical requirements, such as lifting, bending, and standing for duration of shift
- Playing with the child and arranging playdates
- Dropping off or taking the kids to school
- Assist the kids in studying and activities at home
