Chinese family looking for helper

About usWe are a friendly, respectful family of five – husband, wife, and three children: two teenage daughters (both in high school) and a 7‑year‑old son. We have a 4‑bedroom home, and the helper will enjoy her own private room. We believe in open communication, fairness, and treating our helper as a valued member of the family.

Key Responsibilities

· Housekeeping – Daily cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming), laundry, ironing, and keeping the entire home tidy and organised.· Cooking – Prepare nutritious meals for the family (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Ability to cook simple Chinese or Western dishes is preferred, but we are happy to share our family recipes.· Childcare – Take care of the children, especially the 7‑year‑old boy. Supervise his daily routines (waking up, meals, bathing, sleeping). Accompany him to and from school via MTR (subway) every day – punctuality and safety are important.· Additional support – Occasionally help with light grocery shopping or household supplies. Assist the older daughters as needed (they are quite independent).· Maintain a safe and happy environment – Keep the children’s play and study areas clean and organised.

Requirements

· Currently in Hong Kong· Language – English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin – either is acceptable) to communicate with all family members.· Experience – Prior experience as a domestic helper, preferably with childcare and school runs. · Personal qualities – Patient, responsible, honest, and genuinely fond of children. Able to work independently while following household guidelines.
