Chinese family looking for helpers

We are a family of four - two working adults, one 7 years old daughter and one 3-years-10 months old boy. We currently have one grandma and one Indonesian helper with the household works, cooking, childcare and marketing etc. Due to language requirement for English environment, we plan to replace grandma and Indoensian helper with 2 x Philippines helpers in the coming few months. It will be step by step replacement. 

Our priorities on skill requirement:

1. Cooking is a hard requirement - madam doesn't have time to cook because of work. It's better to have both Chinese and Western cooking skills.
2. Childcare experience - we need helpers with the relevant experiences, including sending/picking up to/from schools, accommodating to activity classes, attending playdates. Knowing how to handle kids is very important.
3. Household works - cleaning, tidying up, organizing chores, washing
4. Groceries marketing - supermarkets and street markets

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Hong Kong experience is essential and currently in Hong Kong
2. FInsihed contract or termination due to employer relocation etc
3. Long term commitment - prior track record of working for same family for long term
4. Independant, requires minimum supervision
