Chinese family looking for new born

We are working couple and looking for a helper to take care of our baby girl. She will be in nursing center during the day time. The helper’s role is to take and pick up the baby from the center from Mon to Fri and the rest of time when baby is at home. We are expecting the helper to share the room with the baby until she is turning 4 or 5 years old. During the day, the helper can take care of housekeeping and cooking. We are flexible for either Sat or Sun off. But we hope the helper can share the same religion as us so I guess most probably will be Sun off so we can all worship God!
