Chinese family looking helper to take care of new born baby

We are a young Chinese family consisting of two working parents and a new born boy and boy’s grandma. Parents have long time western living experiences. We are looking for a helper to take care of the new born boy during day time. Baby will sleep with parents at night. Grandma lives independently at nearby building at night, only coming over during the day to take care of baby. We ask high standards of cleanness. Please do not apply if u can’t meet this.
