Chinese family of 4 looking for reliable Filipino helper

About Our Family:

We are a friendly and respectful family of four living in a comfortable 680 sq. ft. apartment in Wan Chai. Our family consists of a couple and our two adorable daughters who are in kindergarten. We believe in a fair and positive working relationship. Our helper will be provided with a private room to ensure your privacy and comfort.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Primary Childcare: Taking care of our two young daughters' daily needs, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and organizing their schedules.

2. Educational Engagement: Reading English storybooks, playing educational games, and occasionally walking the children to and from kindergarten (within walking distance).

3. Household Management: Performing general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and keeping the home tidy and organized.

4. Meal Preparation: Cooking daily meals for the family (Chinese cuisine preferred). Must be willing to handle and cook pork.

Our Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a Hong Kong family. A reference letter from your previous employer is required.

2. Fluent in English, with clear pronunciation for reading and interacting with children.

3. Genuinely loves children, is patient, responsible, and has a positive attitude.

4. Honest, healthy, with good personal habits and a clean record.

5. Knowledge of basic Chinese cooking is a significant advantage.

We Offer:

1. Salary: HKD 5,800 per month (above statutory minimum wage) + monthly food allowance as per government guidelines.

2. Accommodation: A private, furnished room.

3. Rest Days: One fixed day off per week (negotiable), plus all statutory holidays.

4. Annual Leave: 7 days of paid annual leave per year.

5. Contract & Benefits: Standard 2-year ID407 employment contract under Hong Kong law. We will provide mandatory insurance and process all legal paperwork.
