Chinese Family (relocated from USA) with newborn need helper

We are a Chinese couple that just relocated to HK from USA, with a newborn expected in early January 2023. We need a reliable domestic helper who is willing to take care of newborn, can cook Chinese food (or willing to learn), can do housework including cleaning and grocery shopping. The helper will have a separate room and not be required to sleep with the baby. We will require the helper to have finished contract with former employer, and willing to let us talk to the former employer briefly over the phone. Ideal starting time is October to November. Our place is 890 square feet in size. We do not have pets or cars.
