Chinese family with 2 young kids

We live in Sai Ying Pun, in a 550 sq ft apartment. We're about to have two children—one is 3 years old and the other is a newborn. We're looking for a Filipino helper under 40 years old, with overseas experience in caring for newborns, no history of contract breaking, good English communication skills, very particular about cleanliness, and willing to follow instructions. We hope she can start work in early October.
